Over the past 30 years, Precision has grown into a trusted source for hooks, loopers, reed fingers, needles, blades, and module assemblies, offering both single components and complete module solutions to support a wide range of tufting machines.

Our products are manufactured in a specialized, state-of-the-art machine shop designed specifically for gauge part production. This focus allows us to maintain tight tolerances, consistent quality, and dependable performance in demanding, high-speed applications.

In addition to our core product lines, Precision has spent over 20 years developing a reliable alternative source for tufting needles, providing customers with greater flexibility and supply security. We have also built advanced capabilities in zinc cast module production and are the only manufacturer in the United States producing zinc cast modules across a full range of gauge parts, a capability limited to only a small number of manufacturers globally.

Precision also manufactures its proprietary DuraTex® Tufting Blade, a product line we have produced for over 30 years. Designed for extended wear life and consistent cutting performance, DuraTex blades are trusted in demanding applications where durability and reliability are critical.

Since becoming the first American manufacturer of Tip-Patch Hooks in 1997, we have continued to expand and improve our product lines to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
